Singer Rudeboy has advised his fellow Lagosians to stop buying houses or lands in the dry season as he reacts to the recent flood in the area.

After a heavy downpour in Nigeria, some part of the country has been flooded and it appears the Lagosians are the most affected.

Rudeboy while reacting to that teased his fellow Lagosians as he advises them to inspect their houses or lands in the rainy season before buying or renting.

According to him, buying lands or houses in the dry season, one will only end up being affected by rain and flood in the rainy season.
