Nollywood actress Lilian Gabriel, has revealed how she was duped by a man posing as a prophet in Asaba, Delta state.

Lilian stated in a video she posted on social media account that she met the man while coming from a movie shoot when he began telling her things about her that were startlingly real.

He then told her he had seen a vision about her in which God said he had witnessed her sufferings since her parents’ deaths and was about to erase her tears.

He asked if she believed in God and told her to bring her ATM card so he could pray on it because her miracle will come in the form of a final breakthrough.

Lilian said she gave him her ATM card, which he prayed over and told her to put back in her handbag right away. She had no idea that the so-called prophet had swapped her ATM card with a fake one.

On her way home, she began receiving debit alerts on her phone, indicating that the man suspected of being a fraudster had hacked into her account and made withdrawals totaling all of her life savings.
