On Wednesday, Barrister I. Awo, Counsel for the Department of State Services, told the Federal High Court that armed robbers seized the case file relating to the Fundamental Human Rights Enforcement application submitted by aides to Sunday Adeyemo, also known as Sunday Igboho.

His colleague, who was supposed to carry the case file to court, had boarded a vehicle belonging to armed robbers popularly known as “one chance,” he told Justice Obiora Egwuatu.

According to him, the armed criminals forcefully took his personal belongings, including the case file.

As a result, he requested an adjournment.

It would be recalled that the aides of the Popular Yoruba Nation Agitator Sunday Igboho were arrested by agents of the DSS in an early morning raid at the home of their leader in Ibadan on July 1.
