Popular Nigerian Twitter user, Dr Toolz has dropped a controversial message for her fellow ladies on the micro-blogging website and it has got people talking.

Accoding to Toolz, ladies should not date men who are less than 28-years-old because those type of men don’t know what they want in life and they are a liability.
